1. Giriş

SınavRadar ("Uygulama"), Summas Labs tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Bu gizlilik politikası, uygulamayı kullanırken verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

2. Toplanan Veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: Google, Apple veya e-posta/şifre ile giriş yaptığınızda e-posta adresiniz (Apple "E-postamı Gizle" seçeneğinde Apple aktarım adresi), adınız ve hesap kimliğiniz. Misafir olarak devam ettiğinizde anonim bir hesap kimliği oluşturulur.
• Abonelik bilgileri: Abonelik durumu ve satın alma geçmişi; abonelik sağlayıcımıza hesap kimliğiniz iletilir. Ödemeler Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
• Aktivasyon kodu: Bir aktivasyon kodu kullanırsanız, kodun kaydına cihaza özgü takma adlı bir kimlik yazılır (Android'de cihaz kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti; diğer durumlarda uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele kurulum kimliği). Bu kayda e-posta adresiniz veya hesap kimliğiniz yazılmaz.
• Kullanım (analitik) verileri: Uygulama içindeki olaylar (ör. sayaç tamamlandı, çalışma süresi dakikası, hedef türü, abonelik ekranı etkileşimleri), cihaz bilgisi, yaklaşık konum ve takma adlı tanımlayıcılar (uygulama örneği kimliği; Android'de reklam kimliği). Bu veriler e-posta adresinizle ilişkilendirilmez, ancak takma adlı kimliklerle ilişkilidir; anonim değildir.
• Çökme ve tanılama verileri: Uygulama çöktüğünde hata kayıtları, cihaz bilgisi ve bir kurulum kimliği.
• Bildirim verileri: Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu ve genel duyuru konusu aboneliği.
• Teknik tanımlayıcılar ve yapılandırma: Firebase kurulum kimliği; uzak yapılandırma istekleriyle ülke/dil kodu, saat dilimi ve işletim sistemi sürümü.
• Reklam verileri: Reklamlar yalnız ücretsiz kullanıcılara gösterilir. Reklam SDK'sı yalnız reklam gösterilebilecek kullanıcıda, gizlilik/izin bilgisi güncellenmeye çalışıldıktan sonra (güncellenemezse cihazdaki son izin durumuna göre) ve Google'ın izin aracı (UMP) reklam isteğine izin verdiğinde başlatılır; premium ya da abonelik durumu henüz belli olmayan kullanıcıya reklam gösterilmez. iOS'ta reklam gösterilebilecek kullanıcıya, Google'ın izin aracı üzerinden Apple'ın izleme izni sorulabilir; izin vermemeniz uygulamanın hiçbir özelliğini kısıtlamaz. İzin verirseniz reklam SDK'sı reklam tanımlayıcısını (IDFA) kullanabilir. Reklam sağlayıcısı IP adresi, reklam kimliği, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama verilerini toplar.

3. Cihazınızda Kalan Veriler

Sınavlarınız, çalışma oturumlarınız, hedefleriniz, dersleriniz, bildirim kutunuz ve uygulama ayarlarınız cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez (yukarıdaki analitik olaylarındaki özet değerler hariç). CSV dışa aktarma ve paylaşım yalnız sizin başlattığınız işlemlerdir.

5. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar ve Paylaşım

Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz. Aşağıdaki hizmetler kullanılır:

• Google Firebase: Firebase Authentication (hesap), Cloud Firestore (aktivasyon kodları), Google Analytics for Firebase (kullanım analitiği), Firebase Crashlytics (çökme raporları), Firebase Cloud Messaging (bildirimler), Firebase Remote Config (uzak yapılandırma), Firebase Installations (teknik kimlik).
• RevenueCat: Abonelik yönetimi.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: Ödemeler ve abonelikler.
• Google (bağlantı kontrolü): İnternet bağlantısını doğrulamak için Google'ın bağlantı kontrol adresine içerik taşımayan anlık bir istek gönderilir; yanıt saklanmaz.
• Google ile giriş / Apple ile giriş: Bu seçeneklerle giriş yaptığınızda kimlik doğrulama Google veya Apple üzerinden yapılır.
• Google AdMob: Ücretsiz kullanıcılar için reklam gösterimi (SDK yalnız reklam gösterilebilecek kullanıcıda, Google'ın izin aracı (UMP) reklam isteğine izin verdiğinde başlatılır). AdMob, reklam, analitik ve sahtekârlık önleme amacıyla veri toplar ve kullanır: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

6. Saklama ve Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı uygulamadan (Profil > Hesabımı Sil) veya uygulamaya erişmeden e-posta ile silebilirsiniz. Hangi verilerin silindiği, hangilerinin saklandığı ve adımlar: https://sinavradar.web.app/delete-account.html

Analitik ve çökme verileri, Firebase proje ayarlarında belirlenen süre boyunca saklanır. Mağaza satın alma kayıtları Apple ve Google'ın kontrolündedir.

Hesap silindiğinde sunucu tarafındaki abonelik kaydının silinmesi başarısız olursa, yeniden deneme için hesap kimliğiniz (uid) yalnız sunucunun erişebildiği bir kayıtta tutulur; bu kayıt işlem tamamlanınca, tamamlanamazsa 90 günlük süre dolduktan sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Aktivasyon kodu kayıtları cihaza bağlı takma adlı kimlikler tutar ve hesap silmede otomatik silinmez; e-posta ile silme talebinde kodu bildirirseniz cihaz kimlikleri silinir.

7. Veri Güvenliği

Firebase ve Google AdMob, resmî belgelerine göre verileri aktarım sırasında şifreler (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Kullanıcı Hakları

• Verilerinize erişim talep etme
• Verilerinizi CSV olarak dışa aktarma
• Hesabınızı silme (uygulamadan veya e-posta ile)
• Bildirim tercihlerini değiştirme
• Reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlama veya silme

9. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilecektir.

SınavRadar Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SınavRadar (the "App") is developed by Summas Labs. This privacy policy explains how your data is collected, used and protected when you use the App.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, Apple or email/password, your email address (with Apple "Hide My Email", the Apple relay address), your name and your account ID. If you continue as a guest, an anonymous account ID is created.
• Subscription information: subscription status and purchase history; your account ID is sent to our subscription provider. Payments are made through Google Play or the App Store; your card details never reach us.
• Activation code: if you redeem an activation code, a pseudonymous device-specific identifier is written to the code's record (on Android a one-way hash of the device ID; otherwise a random installation ID generated by the App). Your email address or account ID is not written to that record.
• Usage (analytics) data: in-app events (e.g. timer completed, study minutes, goal type, subscription screen interactions), device information, approximate location and pseudonymous identifiers (app instance ID; on Android the advertising ID). This data is not linked to your email address, but it is linked to pseudonymous identifiers; it is not anonymous.
• Crash and diagnostics data: crash logs, device information and an installation ID when the App crashes.
• Notification data: your device's notification token and a general announcements topic subscription, so we can send notifications.
• Technical identifiers and configuration: the Firebase installation ID; with remote configuration requests, country/language code, time zone and OS version.
• Advertising data: ads are shown only to free users. The ad SDK is initialized only for users who can be shown ads, after an attempt to update the privacy/consent information (if it cannot be updated, based on the last consent status on the device) and when Google's consent tool (UMP) allows ad requests; no ads are shown to premium users or to users whose subscription status is not yet known. On iOS, users who can be shown ads may be asked for Apple's tracking permission through Google's consent tool; declining does not limit any feature of the App. If you allow it, the ads SDK may use the advertising identifier (IDFA). The ad provider collects the IP address, advertising ID, ad interactions and diagnostics.

3. Data That Stays on Your Device

Your exams, study sessions, goals, subjects, notification inbox and app settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our servers (except the summary values in the analytics events above). CSV export and sharing are actions you start yourself.

4. How We Use Data

• Account management and authentication
• Premium subscription and activation code management

• Improving app performance and stability
• Showing ads to free users

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following services:

• Google Firebase: Firebase Authentication (account), Cloud Firestore (activation codes), Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), Firebase Remote Config (remote configuration), Firebase Installations (technical identifier).
• RevenueCat: subscription management.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: payments and subscriptions.
• Google (connectivity check): to verify the internet connection, a content-free request is sent to Google's connectivity-check address; the response is not stored.
• Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple: when you use these options, authentication is performed through Google or Apple.
• Google AdMob: ads for free users (the SDK is initialized only for users who can be shown ads, once Google's consent tool (UMP) allows ad requests). AdMob collects and uses data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

6. Retention and Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the App (Profile > Delete My Account) or by email without access to the App. What is deleted, what is kept and the steps: https://sinavradar.web.app/delete-account.html

Analytics and crash data are kept for the period set in the Firebase project settings. Store purchase records are controlled by Apple and Google.

If deleting the server-side subscription record fails when an account is deleted, your account ID (uid) is kept in a record that only our servers can access, so the deletion can be retried; the record is deleted once the deletion is completed or, if it cannot be completed, automatically after its 90-day period ends. Activation code records hold pseudonymous device-bound identifiers and are not deleted automatically with the account; if you include the code in an email deletion request, the device identifiers are removed.

7. Data Security

According to their official documentation, Firebase and Google AdMob encrypt data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Your Rights

• Request access to your data
• Export your data as CSV
• Delete your account (in the App or by email)
• Change notification preferences
• Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
